The delivery time is about 1-3 business days for our customers from the United States of America. For buyers from Canada, the UK, and Europe, the delivery time is about 5-12 days. Please note that the delivery time is indicated without considering the order processing time (1-3 days). The delivery time is indicated approximately; sometimes, the delivery time may be a little longer due to bad weather conditions or other disruptions in the postal services. We ship all our goods via USPS, UPS, DHL, LA Poste, Royal Mail, etc. Please note that the delivery of goods that were made according to personal sizes (bracelets, necklaces, pendants with custom engraving, etc.) is carried out from our warehouse in Europe. Therefore, the delivery time for the USA, Canada, and other remote countries will be approximately 7-12 business days.

The shipping cost starts from USD 7.90. But for all our customers, free shipping is available for orders worth more than $ 35 USD. You can also see the final shipping cost in your cart after you specify the shipping address in the shopping cart.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact us via the feedback form. All our shipments are insured. We will refund your funds or resend your order for free.

In our store, a refund is valid for any reason within 30 days. The product must not be used and in its original condition.

All our products are manufactured in Karelia, Russia, directly at the authentic shungite stone deposit. We use two of our transit warehouses in the USA (Pennsylvania) and Europe (Slovenia) to deliver our shungite products. We ship our goods from Russia to these warehouses via very Faset Express Post. Thus, our customers from the USA and Europe can receive their goods from a real shungite stone in the shortest possible time because the products are already stored on the territory of their country. There is no need for long and tedious shipping across the ocean or multi-kilometer queues across land borders.
Due to the tense situation around Russia, direct personal delivery from Russia to the buyer’s address is extremely expensive, and the delivery time can be up to 90 days.

You can pay for any product immediately on the product page via Google Play or Apple Pay. But if you need several different products, then just add these items to your cart. Go to your shopping cart and choose your preferred payment option: Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Credit Card. The secure Stripe payment service provides all these payment methods. As manufacturers, we have one of the lowest prices on the market. This price is fair for our products because we manually carve each product from a single piece of raw, real shungite stone. These are not soulless, cheap, stamped factory molds and shungite forgeries that the market is currently overflowing with. In addition, we sometimes have sales for various products in our store. All our products are made of natural shungite stone. Each item is hand-cut from solid pieces of raw natural shungite black stone. These are not pressed factory-stamped molds. Indeed, recently, shungite has become more popular, and many resellers use stamped factory molds or low-quality pallets for sale. We guarantee the highest handmade quality of our products and authenticity shungite.

All our products are made of the third type of shungite from Karelia, Russia. This is black shungite. The carbon content is about 32%. It is this shungite that has become the object of worldwide scientific research in the field of EMF protection and water purification. There is also an elite shungite in our store. This is silver-colored shungite. However, this shungite is not suitable for the manufacture of products of geometric shapes because it is extremely fragile and difficult to process. Shungite, which contains more than 40% carbon, has a gray color and is also not suitable for making souvenirs (pyramids, spheres, pendants, etc.)

All our products are carved from raw, real shungite stone. After manufacturing and processing, we thoroughly wash each product, but shungite dust may remain on its surface. It is shungite dust that gets your hands dirty.
Rinse your product under running water and wipe with a dry, soft cloth to remove excess shungite dust. The black raw stones of shungite also get their hands dirty. Just rinse the stones under running water.
