We ship worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, countries across Europe, and many other international destinations.

Orders for customers in the United States and Canada are usually shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Pennsylvania. European orders are usually shipped from our workshop and warehouse in Slovenia. The shipping location may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and whether an item is custom-made.

Estimated delivery is usually 1–3 business days within the United States and about 5–12 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European destinations.

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing. Custom-sized, engraved, or personalized items are usually prepared and shipped from Slovenia and may take about 7–12 business days to reach the United States, Canada, or other distant destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Shipping starts at $3.90. Your exact shipping cost is calculated in the cart after you enter the delivery address.

Yes. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping where this offer is available. The applicable shipping option will be shown at checkout.

You may return an unused product in its original condition for any reason within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the United States, and within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped to the European Union and other countries. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Please contact us and include clear photos of the item and packaging. If the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide another appropriate solution.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us through the website contact form or by email. We will check the tracking and carrier status. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will resend the order at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Once a return or refund is approved, we process it as quickly as possible. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.

You can pay by credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal when those options are available at checkout. Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay payments are processed securely through Stripe. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal.

Yes. Enter the billing address associated with your payment method and the address where you want the order delivered. If both addresses are the same, you can use the same details for billing and shipping.

Every shungite product we sell is backed by our authenticity guarantee. The material has been documented through certification and laboratory analysis conducted by the Institute of Geology of the Karelian Research Centre, Russian Academy of Sciences, in Petrozavodsk.

Our carved shungite products are cut and shaped from solid natural stone. We do not manufacture them from shungite powder mixed with resin, pressed in a mold, or dyed to imitate the natural color of the mineral.

Most carved black shungite products are made from the durable type of natural Karelian shungite that is suitable for cutting, shaping, polishing, and engraving. We also offer raw Type II shungite and elite Type I shungite. Elite shungite is more carbon-rich, silver-toned, and fragile, so it is usually sold as raw specimens or used for selected handmade pieces rather than standard geometric products.

Shungite has the unusual ability to conduct electric current in a way similar to metal. This can be checked easily with a multimeter. Set the meter to the 200 kΩ resistance range and place both probes on clean areas of the shungite surface. With both black shungite and elite shungite, the display may show a reading of zero on this setting, similar to the result produced by a conductive metal.

Natural shungite may contain quartz or pyrite inclusions. These inclusions may not conduct electricity, or may conduct it much less effectively than the surrounding shungite, so the reading may be higher than zero if the probes touch them. For a more representative result, place both probes on areas of the product without visible quartz or pyrite.

Shungite is a natural stone, so color tone, weight, texture, surface pattern, quartz or pyrite inclusions, and minor natural marks can vary. These variations are normal and are part of what makes each natural piece different. Products listed as the exact item pictured will be clearly identified on the product page.

Natural shungite may contain quartz, pyrite, or other mineral inclusions, as well as natural veins and small surface variations. These are characteristics of the stone rather than signs that the product was pressed or artificially manufactured.

A small amount of natural mineral dust may remain on raw or newly finished black shungite. Rinse the item under running water and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. The amount of loose surface dust usually decreases after the first cleaning and regular handling.

Our certification documentation describes natural shungite as a non-hazardous mineral rock for ordinary external handling and intended consumer use. For the product categories covered by our documentation, mandatory certification is not required in Russia; however, voluntary certification is available, and Shungite Tolvu chose to obtain it.

Shungite and shungite-based mineral adsorbents have also been studied in controlled animal-husbandry and agricultural applications, including as components of animal-feed formulations and as soil additives. These specialized uses do not mean that every shungite product is suitable for ingestion, animal feeding, plant treatment, or therapeutic use without appropriate instructions, dosage, and professional supervision.

For normal handling, avoid inhaling loose dust, keep shungite powder away from the eyes and mouth, wash your hands after handling raw or powdered material, and use each product only as intended. Any internal, therapeutic, veterinary, or agricultural use should comply with applicable regulations and follow the advice of a qualified physician, veterinarian, or agricultural specialist.

No. Scientific studies have examined the physical and electromagnetic characteristics of shungite under specific conditions, but we do not claim that a pendant, bracelet, pyramid, plate, or other individual product treats a medical condition or guarantees a specific level of protection. For health and safety concerns, rely on established protective measures and qualified professional advice.

Yes. We can prepare custom-sized bracelets and necklaces, and selected pendants made with elite shungite. Contact us before ordering or leave a note during checkout with the requested size. We will confirm what is possible before production.

Yes. Some product listings show the exact individual stone you will receive. For other products, you can contact us by email and request photos or ask about selecting a particular piece before ordering.
