All our products are manufactured in Russia in the Republic of Karelia. But we send all our goods to our transit warehouses in Europe and the USA in advance. This allows us to place our products near our customers, enabling you to obtain authentic Russian shungite quickly.

Our transit warehouse in the USA (PA state) allows us to deliver our goods to customers in the USA in 1-3 business days via USPS. Our transit warehouse in Slovenia will enable us to provide our goods to European and UK customers within 2-7 business days.

The delivery time for Canada and other countries is about 7-20 business days. The delivery time for Australia, New Zealand, and other remote countries can be 10 to 30 business days or longer. Please note that order processing time is not included in shipping time. It is approximately 1-3 business days.

Also, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we manufacture products according to individual customer sizes, such as shungite bracelets, necklaces, text engraving, and designs customized by the recipient. This requires additional production time, which creates a delay in delivery time. There are also times when an item is out of stock at our transit warehouse in the US, and we have to ship it from Europe. For all of the above cases, delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 business days.

Processing and delivery time

We deliver our products worldwide. Processing time for shipping shungite products is 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. If it takes longer to process your order, we will notify you, and you can decide to wait or cancel your order and get a full refund of the money. If you have not received a reply from us, please check the correctness of your e-mail address and the “Spam” folder in your e-mail box. If necessary, resend us another message.

Usually, buyers from the USA receive their items within 1-3 business days via USPS. For Canada, it takes about 7-12 business days. But for Australia and New Zealand, it takes about 10-30 business days. Please note that these terms are approximate; sometimes, the delivery time may be longer. The delivery time for European countries is about 2-7 business days.

Sometimes, delivery times are delayed due to weather conditions, disruptions in postal services, and other situations beyond our control. Therefore, delivery time may be longer than indicated in some cases. However, we still define the delivery deadline as 30 business days. If your order has not been delivered within this time, you are entitled to a FREE reshipment or a Full Refund.

Returns and Refunds

The buyer can return the product within 30 days from the moment the product was received. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of its purchase.  The consumer’s Request for a refund of the amount of money paid for the specified product is subject to satisfaction within three days from the selected product’s return date. The buyer pays the cost of return delivery.

Delays in delivery time

Please note that all of the above delivery times are not guaranteed. This time may be longer due to the impact of various factors and the specifics of the postal and customs services. In addition, in the postal and customs service, people who work in this regard are not excluded—human errors can increase the delivery time. Also, adverse weather conditions and other unforeseen situations are possible.

Please pay attention! We can not influence the efficiency and specificity of postal and Customs services. We understand our customers’ excitement when their order is delayed in transit. In turn, we ask our customers to understand us in this situation. We send all our customers a message indicating the tracking number so they can track their parcels. If you do not receive this message, please check your email “Spam” folder or contact us.

If your order was not delivered on time

We guarantee a full refund or free reshipment if your order has not been delivered within 30 business days.

However, feel free to contact us at any time if you are concerned about the delivery status of your order.

We want to give our customers the best service, but unfortunately, some situations do not depend on us with you and that we can not influence. We want our shipping policy to be completely transparent to our customers, so we have made this description as detailed as possible.

Terms of exchange or return of the product

You can always be sure that you will receive a refund or a new shungite product if your parcel was lost in transit or if you cannot receive your order for reasons that don’t depend on you. Please note that if your order was delivered but not received for reasons that depended on you, you are also entitled to a refund, but the shipping cost is not refundable. Also, in this case, a Commission of 5% of the cost of your order, but not less than 5 US dollars, will be charged. These fees will be used to compensate for packaging materials and handling work.

Please note that all our items are visually inspected for the presence of defects before they are packed. We use safe soft packaging for all our products. If you receive a damaged item, you can return the item and refund your order’s cost. But the shipping cost is non-refundable.

The buyer pays the postage for the return shipment of the goods. You can also write to us to resolve the issue of partial compensation for the cost of the goods. To do this, you need to send photos of the packaging of the goods where you can see the track number and pictures of the damaged goods.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a message from us specifying the track number of your parcel. You can copy this tracking number and follow your order on your country’s postal website. For example, in the United States, the website of – USPS.

Tracking information

We provide a tracking number for each shipment. You can track the location of your order on the state website of your country’s postal service. Please note that complete tracking information may not be available in all countries. For example, Australia’s postal service only marks the arrival of orders in Australia’s territory.
